Welcome to the Short Stories and Poetry Forum. I hope you will use this place as a sounding board, as a show and tell, and as a place to engage in serious conversation about poetry, creativity, and the writing process.

A few guidelines:

1) Do not post multiple poems in separate topics. If you are updating this forum with several works at the same time, please use one thread because otherwise the front page of the forum drowns in one person's work.*

2) Do not Plagiarize. This is something we take serious around here and could result in action being taken against you and your account, including but not limited to informal warnings, penalty points, formal warnings, and in serious and ongoing cases a denial of service.
Webster's Dictionary defines plagiarizing as:
1) Transitive verb- to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own : use (another's production) without crediting the source.
2) Intransitive verb- to commit literary theft : present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source.**

3) Post constructively. If you have nothing to say about the poem, short story, or topic in question. Do not post.

If you notice a problem or have any questions, don't hesitate to message Bagheera, Barnabas, or the mixed tape. :)
