I'm in college now in Boston. I grew up in NY, still consider it home.

Oh, so you didn't take it, today?

-- Posted by OverTheAir at 7:53 pm on June 16, 2009

Nope. Sorry I didn't catch that in your OP.

How was it? I thought that test was pretty easy, I think it was the Regents I scored the highest on.

Oh no, that was my bad. I forgot to put it in there :P

It was really easy! I had trouble with some questions, but it's an easy subject to remember things about.

-- Posted by dreamin at 2:07 pm on June 18, 2009

I DID on tuesday.

I beasted on the dbq essay...6 pages ha!

passing is not even the question.

what did you like about it? what didn't you like about it?

-- Posted by MissPrixy07 at 6:11 pm on June 18, 2009

Well, my teacher came up to me today during my English Regents, and told me I got like a 91 on it. My guidance guy told me I got 83, though, I was so pissed.

-- Posted by dreamin at 12:22 pm on June 20, 2009

wtf....so which one did you get?

I think I got somewhere in the high 70's low 80's.

blah 83 is not that bad. be happy.

I'm guessing the 83 is what I really got =[

That's good, I was just super excited about 91....

-- Posted by JTHM at 9:12 pm on June 20, 2009

I scored a 98 on it last year. I was pretty surprised, lol. I've always done well in history, but my teacher was horrible, skipping over the civil rights movement entirely. -_-

I know a few people that took it this year and all scored in the 80-90 range.

I sort of miss regents exams. I feel weird saying it, but I always found them easy. I'd take them over AP and IB exams any day, haha.

The last two I took were the English and the USHAG. I scored a 99 on the ELA and a 98 on the History, as mentioned above. I believe I scored a 90 on the Living Environment when I took it, but I had a pretty crazy teacher. Could have done better if I cared, lol.

What borough do you live in? I'm in Staten Island, so Regents scores are touch-and-go depending upon the school.

Oops, meant to ask what borough/area you were from, not just the borough. :P I'm upstate far too often to just leave that out, lol. Sorry about that.

What other regents do you have to take to graduate beyond this (if you have another year+)? I know our requirements are different in the city, so I'm curious.

That's okay. I have an ex from Staten Island, so I knew what you were talking about. haha

I'm a senior, now. I have to take an Economics, and a PIG test, I think. I know I'm taking a Psychology class, but that's just because I want to. There's probably a forensics test. I'm done with math. I'm taking a floral class at another school, and I'll be taking English through that course. I think that's it, then.

I'm graduating on Thursday. It's weird. I think I mentioned it earlier (far too lazy to scroll up and look for it, lol), but I sort of miss Regents exams. After taking AP exam after AP exam, all coupled with IB exams in every course, I'm totally spent. At least that's over now. Looking forward to college, at least for now. :P

I ended up with a full schedule (longer than most underclassmen schedules) because I'm in IB and AP courses, not a single moment of which I enjoyed.

I'm still excited that I passed the Math B regents two years ago. xD I am so horrible at math.

-- Posted by MissPrixy07 at 7:50 pm on June 22, 2009

One year I had to take a math final/Regents [forgot which one], and I didn't finish half of the test, and I still passed. I only went to school like half of the year due to depression problems, and I was shocked that I passed it.

-- Posted by JTHM at 8:00 pm on June 22, 2009

I used to do very well in math, but one horrible teacher killed that for me. I passed, so no complaints, but I had to sit for the exam twice. That's the only exam (aside from Chemistry, that I didn't even need to take ._.) that I scored below a 90 on.

I'm going crazy waiting for my AP and IB scores. D:

-- Posted by MissPrixy07 at 8:21 pm on June 22, 2009

I had a 100 average in math, one year. I'm really good at it, I just miss too much school.
