Hmmm  Have a look around i'm sure you'll find something =]

Try password admin, if you are aware hitting ctrl alt delete lets you logon as administrator.
Besides, I am pretty sure your mom could not have deleted something to prevent you from logging in - perhaps accidentally changed the password?

You could try hacking it with a brute force style program, but I don't know how effective that is. Also, if you haven't changed the admin account at all it should still be username:admin password:password, that's usually standard.

Try booting into safe mode.

I would usually recommend that the admin password is usually blank.

Leave out the spaces:

To change passwords, use something that goes through the registry.

I am not responsible is this tool fucks things over.  It should work, I know someone who has used it.

Boot into safe mode by continuously pressing F8 while you are booting your computer. I'm not sure about windows 2000, but some versions of windows will automatically log you in as the administrator. If that doesn't work, download/use Ophcrack.
