Pages: 1 2 3  Next -- Posted by Prince o palities at 7:20 pm on June 23, 2009 The moderators have recently had to deal with the question of members changing their names to harass other members.  Contrary to what some of you may believe, the moderators (and the sub-admin) don't have the ability to change your membername for you.  Only David does.  This leaves us in the difficult predicament of having members whose names essentially harass other members with every posts. The present mood of the moderation team is that such names cannot be permitted on the site.  Therefore, this is your official warning.  If you change your membername in a way that overtly attacks another member, you will be denied service until such a time that the name can be changed back. We don't particularly like the system and hope that David will soon give us a way to deal with this issue without denying members service automatically.  However, until that time, be aware that harassing members with your membername will result in an automatic denial of service until such a time as the name can be changed. -- Posted by Briley 07 at 7:20 pm on June 23, 2009 Thank you, I will be careful if I change my username.
