If you want to make a topic in this forum about the performance of other support leaders, or anything of the like, try to actually place a valid point instead of some vague statement that does jack shit to help anything.  It just makes you look bitchy and arrogant :)

Extra points:  Respond to peoples questions and rebuttals and not just ignore them.

Its not about anyone.  People do it a lot in PM and stuff.

I don't ignore questions. I made one topic in this forum not too long ago. It wasn't a helpfull one but it was something to be discussed with the other SL's.
