One, botnet is a general term. And its a general term that has nothing to do with what you are talking about. Two, how would you put a piece of paper over the webcam and still have it readable? No light = no visibility. Three, anyone with any common sense wouldnt simply leave behind an "install" as you call it, much less anything that could be traced. Four, even if they had made a mistake and left something behind, I seriously doubt you have any clue on how to trace it, based upon the above things. Five, you lost all credibility when you said "it woudnt be the first time ive traked down a hacker" Six, you lost even more incredibility by putting a :) in there.
