ok, so theres this light i have on the built-in webcam i have, and it light up whenever its being used, and i was doing research on a little program called a botnet, u used it on this computer, and i could use it as a virus that will let me view peoples webcams, among other things... and now that i got it off of this computer, i realized that theres someone who has put one on here besides me, because the light is on, and the sofware isnt on right no, so i put a piece of paper on the webcam, and it says "you fail" you think i should shut off the internet, and find where the install is, and track it? it wouldnt be the frist time ive traked down a hacker :)

Im not sure I even want to touch how badly you fucked up this post. One, botnet is a general term. And its a general term that has nothing to do with what you are talking about. Two, how would you put a piece of paper over the webcam and still have it readable? No light = no visibility. Three, anyone with any common sense wouldnt simply leave behind an "install" as you call it, much less anything that could be traced. Four, even if they had made a mistake and left something behind, I seriously doubt you have any clue on how to trace it, based upon the above things. Five, you lost all credibility when you said "it woudnt be the first time ive traked down a hacker" Six, you lost even more incredibility by putting a :) in there. Not that there was any credibility left for you to lose.
