i got a new phone yesterday, and it came with a USB to upload the pics and vids. BUT my comp aint reading it

any suggestions

Have a look on your screen (phone screen) and see what it says, it may give you an option to click something about a mass stroage device.

odd.. change the settings on your phone to "USB Mass Storage" or something like that.

my phone's like that, means its just a bunch of files like a memory stick, saves installing shit.

Post what type of phone it is and the model. It needs some sort of driver or software...
