Since I was a kid, I would hide food in my room to eat. I would bring M&Ms or skittles into the shower or bath with me and eat them. I make food at night when no one is awake and eat it, and bring out the dishes the next night so no one notices. I even hand wash them and put them away.

Why do I do this? whats wrong with me?

I'm obese, I can't stop eating!

Try to think of the reason you are eating so much.
Is it stress?
Is it out of boredom?
Are you really actually hungry?
If it's just your taste buds going crazy have a cup of green tea, it helps to settle them.
Instead of reaching for unhealthy snacks, pick up a piece of fruit instead.

yeah, its obvioius you're eating something away,
and it has to do with your feelings.

listen to xisabellex.

she has a point, for the time being, find something else to do besides eating, read a book or jump rope or something that
entertains you, preferably something you like to do.
