He's always been like this with me ever since I've known him, so it's nothing new but... whenever he texts me he will only ask me to hang out, he never texts/calls to start a convo and if I try to start one he will only say "oh, ok, uh-huh, yeah" Same with in-person. when we hang out I will try to talk to him and he'll just say "oh" or "ok." He rarely actually contributes to anything in a convo, but when he does he talks a lot.
