The e-help disappear fast because everyone does them but it seems that there are only a handful of support leaders that actually visit the serious forum. Better than nothing, sure, and sometimes the first response really says all or most of what there is to say, but more input could be nice. I know from my experience it's easy to forget about The Serious Forum, so a reminder is always a good thing. I know that for sure. -- Posted by hi sarah at 9:24 pm on July 1, 2009 Yeah TSF is a bit neglected.  IMO people pay more attention to eHelp for two main reasons: a)  It constantly flashes when there are new ones, reminding us. b)  You get 8 points per reply.
