My iPod is stuck on the Now Playing screen. It says it's on lock, but I took the hold off. The screen is lit, and everything, it just won't budge. Any quick fixes?

hold the menu button for a few minutes. that's what i do with mine.

Hold the middle circle button and the menu button together.
