So i walked into my bedroom at 12:30 am and i hear my uncle talking on the phone outside the house. weird. why is he outside at 12:30? I listen to his conversation and hes talking to a woman from florida..and is saying stuff like "ever since i first saw you in that dress i knew i wanted to be your friend".. and "youre such a good friend". My uncle works for my dads business, and lives in my house basement with his wife and his son (my cousin). both of whom work for my dad. He's saying stuff like "its free to call you from work so you tell me when to and i will".. I dont know what to do..my dad is working his ass off right now in the kitchen for this new business project. Should i go down there and just tell him about how i think my uncle might be abusing his job?.. or should i tell him that i think he's talking to other women when his wife is sleeping?? i dont know what to do..i like the man but he's an alcoholic slacker who is living off of my parents... my parents are going through trouble financially anyways... how could he do stuff like this...ugh help.

I don't think you should act until you know for sure. Only if you know it harms you or those close to you directly, not just to be a snitch...

Tell your dad what you heard. Your loyalty should be to your immediate family, and their business, which in turn supports you.

If he is an alcoholic slacker then do something about it, but a lot of people use company phones to call people, it just makes sense....it's not abusing the company unless you stay on the phone for hours and run a huge bill up.
