Based on where we were at a month or two ago, do you feel that we are in a better position now? What I mean is this: A month ago we could have had around 13 eHelp's in our queue's waiting to be answered. Some dating back to a week ago, at most. Some not even receiving a single answer. Today I've noticed that we are clearing the eHelp's which we receive a lot faster and our quality of answers have both improved. Right now we have 0 eHelp's to be answered, and are continually striving to answer them to the best of our ability. Not only that, but some of us are making a conscious effort to post in The Serious Forum as well. Also, what do you feel might be the reason behind your answer?

Better, I've actually started posting with my own experiences behind my answers too so it makes me more passionate in my answers.

To be honest, coincidence, MAYBE some people know reviews are coming up, but I doubt that's had an effect. I think it's just a random event, nothing special has happened to get more eHelps done...

It's summer so I have lots of free time. I'm sure it fluctuates.

That could actually be a valid point. With reviews around the corner, people could possibly be attempting to answer as many as they can. From my point of view, I didn't even know support leaders had reviews until about a week ago. I also agree with SoaringFalcon2010, it could also be the fact that it is summer and people are able to spend more time answering eHelp's based that they have more free time.

I believe it's because most people, a month ago, were stuck in a haze of exams.

I guess that is true, I suppose I've just never really noticed the fact that we've had such a low number/none at all in the eHelp center. Let alone people answering them as quickly as they have been. It could also be that we haven't received as many lately as we have in the past.

indeed. we always go through periods where it starts to slow down, whether that's ehelp submissions actually decreasing, or people being more busy with exams and such, and then increases because it's summer or some sort of a break, or it's around that time of the year and people become more stressed and submit more eHelps. Anyway, I think the eHelp reply quality is really good, and I don't think it's any better than it was a month, two months or three months ago. I think it's stayed pretty consistent.

It's just because it's that time of the year. More leaders have free time and the number of eHelps fluctuates. We did have some nice additions to the team in the last month though.
