Take everything out of place and throw it in a big pile on your floor. Then, clean the pile.

I usually get a garbage bag first and just pick up all the trash and empty the bin first then pick up all the dirty clothes and sheets etc. and take that to the laundry and put some in the washing machine and after that just tidying up, putting things in drawers and cupboards.

:) joining to message here, any stinky or dirty clothes, wash put them to laundry. messy floor, garbage bag or to garbage can, vacuum if it needs, organize, wat you keep and throw, take clean, separate from dirty. Try to dust a bit, then if it is too much do the rest the next day on ur free time, do the things that are on the way for u to come and go out from ur room, first, then when it's better, slowy or if u can make it quick clean and back to normal, clean and organize do it, don't spen the whole day in your room though, there is sunshine, foods to eat in the kitchen.
