Here is my situation- I tried to get on IMVU and it wouldn't work, tried it a million times, blah blah blah, kept telling me I had no internet connection when I can access internet fine. Now I bought the Sims 3, and it is also telling me I have no internet connection. Yes...kind of...modems and routers are different, but the modem should have a switch on it too.  Try to use that. -- Posted by xIBRAiNSTORM at 7:21 am on July 9, 2009 if it doesnt have a switch, unplug it and plug it back in. works for me every time, you'll have to wait about 5 minutes though.
