What I'm doing is creating a "ranting book" where I can just throw all my thoughts and frustrations into the book. I've done it before and I believe I was truely a better person for it.

So on the front page I'm writing a bunch of words that this book will involve...eg 'Venting' , 'Babbling' , 'Ranting'

I need more words...

Good thoughts and bad thoughts will be going in this book...

Hell yeah, I find that once I have written everything down I don't want to go through them again, therefore my friends don't see me as a bitching whining cow.

Actually this sounds like a good idea - although I'd live in fear of someone finding the book.

Me too, but mine is kept under lock and key. Literally.

If you don't want to keep an actual book or diary, use an online journal. I use opendiary.com.
