AND I always use condoms...spermicide if I don't want to use those. There we have two methods of birth control, the first one definitely very safe. And yet, whenever that Friday comes around, the day I usually get my period, I panic! Why? Using two methods of birth control bumps the effectiveness up to almost 100%. I have considered the IUD and my gyno told me it's not really appropriate for women until they've had one child.
