I get there at 3 and go to clock in and they won't let me and make me wait until 4 to clock in. Is that legal? I mean it is one thing to send you home early, but to do what they did to me is basically stealing 7 bucks from me. I don't see how they can suddenly change that and not let you start until 4... I mean, I don't know specific legalities, but that really doesn't make sense to me.  Especially if you showed up for your shift and no one informed you otherwise...
