i dont think either are overrated. they gained their popularity through talent and performance skills. BUT if i had to choose, i'd say elvis. because he supposedly didn't even write any of his songs

Neither of them are overrated. Now adays, if something becomes popular or mainstream, it must be looked down upon. Although, if I had to pick, I'd say Elvis. Most people like him, while a lot of people hate Michael Jackson.
