The thing is, I was going to buy adios diet pills until I saw some at £1.50 in my local B&M's. Should I try them (I dont know whether there damaging or not) or stick to a well known brand but I'm skint

Diet Pills are practically placebos except that they have actual side effects.

don't bother with any... they are basically water pills... first you retain a few pounds and then you lose them plus a few more... its all water wieght
