I suggest new positions; people that can rate how good the feedback is. As they, and others, have said, the advice that they offer may not be well received if it's not what the OP wanted to hear, and they could get poor ratings for a good post. I don't honestly think it matters to any support leaders that their rating goes down. Alright, New positions? We already got Independent Mod Reviews and Feedback from our eHelp Replies (I don't think users are really using it anymore correctly, they just give the same old feedback over and over). Very few of our Support Leaders are that horrible in Supporting or effectiveness that they should be demoted. Thats clearly madness and a outrage to say it.
