that's not too far from Michigan, and not too too expensive? All i can think of is cedar pointe.

They're building a Schlitterbahn or w/e in kansas city..the only other one is in TX & its the biggest water park in the Us or world i cnt remember.lol.

Yes lol on a regular US map Chicago is around the left bend of Michigan.

Where in Michigan do you live?  I live in Holland right now, which is like 10 minutes from Lake Michigan about half way up the left coast.

To get to Chi-town takes like 2.5hrs.

the Ozarks in southern MO are very nice.....but if you go there on holidays like this one you can expect swarms of people

How can you forget Chicago?

It depends on how far away you want to go, really.

There are plenty of fun, albeit off-the-mark things to do in Michigan.

I quite like the Upper Peninsula. There's camping, boating, beautiful beaches. Nice weather in the summer. If you like nature stuff, it's pretty fun.

If you have a passport, go to Ontario. Ottawa, Toronto, Windsor. There is a whole other country up there, you know.

yeah i've been meaning to, but it seems like a hassle getting a passport and stuff.
