Yes. I get a runny/stuffy nose and a horrible headache, puffy eyes, etc. Usually when it's in the back of my neck, it's a sinus-related problem. It's probably from your allergies, but sudafed might help anyway.  How you tolerate it is up to you... if it's bad enough, you may want to just take the sudafed if you're sure that that will help you.
