I have a pretty bad headache, plus some sneezing from allergies today. There can only be two reasons: 1 I have be beginnings of a sinus infection, in which case I should take a sudafed. 2 I have a headache from not sleeping very well, and allergies, in which case I should take my allergy medication. should I play it safe and take the sudafed?

It could just be a sinus headache from having allergies. Whenever I get those, if I lean over, my head starts hurting even worse -__-'. Isn't sudafed a decongestant though? Are you actually congested?

Yes. I get a runny/stuffy nose and a horrible headache, puffy eyes, etc. Usually when it's in the back of my neck, it's a sinus-related problem.

It's probably from your allergies, but sudafed might help anyway. How you tolerate it is up to you... if it's bad enough, you may want to just take the sudafed if you're sure that that will help you.
