if you have insurance or medical, you can talk to your doctor and they can recommend a therapist you can talk to and your insurance could pay it, but certain therapist accept medical, so your doc can find one that does. if after a while of you talking to a therapist, you are still always very depressed, then the therapst can tell you to see a psychiatrist and they can do some tests on you and they may give you pills. doctors can give you pills too of course, but its better to have some talk therapy first to see how that works for you

they can help but are not a long term solution... id say give them a shot and if they help you get out of a hole, then more power to ya In my experience they didn't do shit. What really helped me was getting a hobby and creating a personal identity

They can help. i am on them currently and they help a lot for me. but pills alone wont help. i think you should go and talk to someone. when you are depressed you just have a bad outlook on everything. thinking things will never get better and not doing anything to try and make them better. the pills can help bring you up a little and you can realize that things will get better sometime. talk to an adult, they can help a lot. good luck

I don't think you should take pills before talking to a doctor. Talk to someone, doctor, family, friend, etc.
