I think I have diabetes, but I'm not sure. I mean, I have some symptoms, but they are pretty common symptoms: Fatigue, inability to lose weight that I gained very recently, peeing a lot. Over the past two years, I have been tested for leukemia, mononucleosis, and who knows what else by my gynecologist and my regular doctor. I've taken urine samples, and had blood taken several times. I don't know if I've been tested for diabetes or not, since my doctor just said "I'll give you the works. We're gonna do every test." I know I've had my blood sugar tested, though. But apparently, there's nothing wrong with me. If I had diabetes, then wouldn't it have showed up somewhere on the tests? Maybe not? Is there anyone out there who has diabetes with little to no symptoms? Thanks.

I don't but my fiance's bro does. Basically a real good hint is if you're going on major sugar binges. Untreated diabetes can be deadly.

If you have diabetes to the point that it is affecting your life (eg. peeing a lot, fatigue) then it would definitely appear on a blood or urine test. Weight gain isn't a symptom. Is there a history of diabetes in your family? Any other chronic illnesses?

It would have shown up in your blood sugar tests.
