Resist, resist

You've made it this far, so what exactly is stopping you from continuing. You still have the strength, within you, that you had six months ago you're just frightened to admit it. However, telling yourself that you "can't" is just going to trick your mind back into thinking that you cannot live without doing it once more. Which is not true.

Think back to what made you stop before. To come this far obviously means you had some time of inspiration pulling you forward. You still have that, somewhere inside of you, just like you still have your strength.

Of course everybody goes through periods of time where we loose all our hope, it's only natural. The best way to overcome such periods of time is to address the issues that has brought on the negative mindset once more. What has caused you to feel this way? Think of all of the possible reasons one by one and treat them specifically, instead of giving into the temptation of letting it all become too much once more.

If you want to talk PM me.

Opening up and letting it go like that does not really help you. it may seem like it, but it doesnt. i suggest you get help. i am not trying to insult you, i am just saying. getting help can really make things easier for you and you will be able to actually think. dont bottle things up, it will make you eventually explode.
