If you're accepted there's a good chance that they can make it affordable for you, too. What about the University of Tennessee at Knoxville? UTK is really a straight party school. Flagship? For what? The biggest draw for that place is either the football or the parties. This is why I chose MTSU, it's much more academically capable and the party scene still is good, plus it is rather affordable but don't let the fact that it's a state school turn you off to it. -- Posted by suesummers at 4:50 am on July 23, 2009 Why don't you want to consider community colleges?
