was fine all day until I talked to my mom about two hours ago.
I forgot to take my anti-depression pill today and it is now starting to effect me major...
I am not as bad as I use to be but the last time I forgot to take my pill I cut again. I cant do it again...I took my pill just a couple minutes ago but nuttin happened...

I though if anything maybe it would calm me down...but I don't feel any better then before.
With my mom having trouble with her home life and me not being able to do anything it made me feel horrible...I know Its not my fault but it hurts more then almost anything. I also realized how much my friends seem to be leaving me out of everything.

Two of my friends havent even e-mailed me in two weeks or more.
A friend of mine who I though was my best friend is turning around her ways. She says she si tired of being depressed and now that she si changing she is getting better but im getting worse..

I dont know what wrongs with me..or what im suppose to do...but I need a solution

the problem with minutes is theres not enough of them. they go by real fast plus theres not 100 of them which rly sucks. who invented the 60 thing? i mean thats pretty stupid. anyway if u need help telling time ill be glad to help u.

Well ihave to say, you should ask your friend what shes doing.
Cutting is def. not the answer, if you think about it , it doesn't make anything better just worse.

you need to find something to do besides cutting, whether its running or jumping or something.

When something bad happens just remember, there is always someone who has it worse than you out there.

Cradle your head in your hands, and breathe,
and im sure you'll be fine, In an out deeply.

You need to find something that gets out your depression your anger. There are plenty ways out. Find something that you enjoy and persue it. It will help take your mind off things, and it will give you a way out for a little bit.

You are letting things gets to you that really have no right to bother you as much as they do. If your friends aren't emailing you, that is their loss. Maybe they are busy or something, but if it is other reasons it is their loss and you can do better than them. You can find friends that will always be there for you, and support you in times of need, as you for them.

Maybe you could get a counselor. Not to make you feel bad or tell you how to live and what to change, just someone that you can talk to and tell them what you are going through. If anything they can give you advice and if they think you are going through depression they can write you a new perscription for an anti-depressent once they know more of what you are going through.

Sometimes the situation is bad. But sometimes you have to change the way you are seeing the situation to make it better because it may not get better unless you do. There are just situation like that and that is life.
