to whoever can find out how much it'd cost to completely repair a DVD drive on a laptop. Like it's actually snapped, not just faulty. If you find out somewhere in Leeds, i'll up it to 500. And YES I know i'd need a new DVD drive. Please :(

It varies with the type of laptop, how old it is, and where you take it. That's all we can tell you.

The drive that came with it when you bought it from the manufacturer or retailer. Anyway, the site is down for maintenance so I can't get too much information on it just yet but I'll check again later.

It still matters where you take it to get it fixed. All places price differently, so I can't tell you specifics.
