With marijuana how does the high from smoking compare to the high of eating it(cooked into someting fatty to activate it of course).

Pros and cons of each?
Which one is overall better?

eating get you more high, but slow. smoking gets you high faster, but not as strong. smoking for with friends, eating when going on trips and sometimes alone.

Eating it is really interesting, because you spend a few hours getting high, peak, and then slowly return to soberness.  The high, when compared to the same bud smoked, will be slightly more body based.

Once you get good at cooking (mostly has to do with temps and times) it will be very efficient, and the high can last 5-6 hours.  Won't replace smoking, but it's worth doing atleast once, if not daily!

Eating it requires more mass to be consumed to get a similar level of intoxication. However, the high is different. Eaten marijuana can be much more hallucinogenic at higher levels, not uncommonly producing mild to moderate visual hallucinations. I enjoy eating it more, as it lasts longer and is a good change from smoking, but I can't afford to eat a quarter oz every time I want to get high.

eating is much much better.   I made some really special brownies a couple days ago.   Kicked everyone's ass that ate them

One of my best experiences with pot was from eating it. I went to an art show in my local city and it was amazing. Very little paranoia, talkative (usually I get quiet), and energetic. I highly suggest trying it. I didn't have to use much material either. Good memories!
