For me, as of now: -Heroin -Cocain -Crack -Meth [probably wouldn't try it..not sure] and that's all i can think of from the top of my mind right now. Meth should be the highest on that list if you're concerned about health, addiction, or severity of intoxication. I'd take a hit of heroin laced with coke before I'd try meth.
