Hi, For like the last week or so I've been getting really lightheaded and dizzy through out the day especially around 3 o'clock. And last night when I got into bed the room was spinning and I felt like hurling. I'd just like to say that I don't drink or take drugs or smoke. I blacked out last night in bed - not fall asleep, I can tell the difference. And I've got it now, I'm really dizzy and I've got headache. To top it off I've got swollen glands and a throat redder than well red. And everytime I stand up I get a head rush. Can anyone suggest what's wrong? Nicole x

I can't suggest what's wrong, but I can suggest you go see a doctor. Especially if you're actually sick. Getting dizzy this frequently is not something that can typically be passed off as something that will just go away on it's own.

3 in the morning is said to be the most spiritual time, for the general population is sleep and their is a quieting of the communal consciousness. The vibrations are high and we are more susceptible at that hour. Throat has to do with expression. Express your self! Tell your body that you love it. Tell it that you are sorry. Ask for forgiveness. Then thank it for all that it has done for you. We have to take care of it, for it is the only we currently have...
