Boulder is hot, but Crested Butte is the best!

Hard to say.
CSU is where I'm going (this fall, transferring from FRCC with an associate's so I'm guarenteed admission), so I'm obviously partial to it.

Boulder has a nicer community, but it's also MUCH more expensive. CSU isn't really far behind boulder on the community side (though more so on the town layout), and it's considerably cheaper. As far as school quality I think they're both pretty good.
