Plan B should only be used in emergencies, but there is no medical reason why you can't use it more than once. Don't be afraid to use Plan B when you need to, but remember that it should never replace routine methods of contraception as it simply isn't as effective

Taking Plan B while on BC doesn't have many  more side effects than taking Plan B normally. You may have an increased occurrence of nausea due to the hormones you already are taking, but it won't cancel out or disrupt your cycle more than it would without BC.

Actualy THINKING about who you get with will help reduse the number of times you need to poison your self because you are afrade of a baby!

Thinking =/= contraception. Sorry, but brainpower in and of itself doesn't stop the ovaries.

It CAN stop sperm from reaching them though!
The girl should think "would I want to get pregnant because of this guy?"
and if she realizes that she woulden't then the relationship should not go past first base!
Infact she should trade him for someone more desirable.
someon she'd be ok with sliding into home plate..

If she's on BC then chances are she's already thought about protecting herself against a pregnancy.

Plus, no, just thinking will not prevent pregnancy. DOING something with those thoughts will. You seem to be confusing reality and fantasy. Reality = DOING something. Fantasy = THINKING about doing something. She's on birth control, she's doing something, thus she's asking if she can take Plan B with the birth control. There are lots of reasons why someone may want to take Plan B alongside their regular BC, and I've done it with a long-term monogamous partner, so sometimes choosing a "bad seed" isn't always the issue.
