I've been running and lifting pretty frequently since 8th grade. I'm now going to be a senior, and my calf muscles have gotten to be pretty ridiculous. I ride horses, and my english boots (they go up to my knee) don't fit anymore. I worry that if I keep doing what I've been doing, my x-high converse won't fit either. Is it possible to tone DOWN calf muscles?

Uhm... I need this question answering... I have the muscle from swimming too, I've been trying to get rid for about 4 years but nothing fucking works.

Seems like the obvious answer, but its hard to be on the varsity track team without working them. Not only do we run a lot, I use my legs when I throw.

I think that's going to be a little hard to do if you're working them so much. Maybe you should consider getting a new pair of boots?
