Sure, being able to make a living is good but that's between both of you, pretty unfair for you to assume that's somehow solely the guy's job by default. And you don't have to be rich to live decently. Looks? Looks don't save a shitty personality, looks don't make a person intelligent, looks don't count for much at all really. Weight and such can count a little - after all, health is important for many reasons.
