today is my boyfriend's father's 50th birthday, and his family invited me to go to this reallly nice restaurant with them for dinner. I'm not sure if I should accept...it's his dad's birthday dinner, not his, and even though we've been together for 7 months I am far from family. On the other hand, it was his parents who invited me. Still, would it be wrong if I accepted?

Nope. You should accept. And make sure to say thank you for inviting you. If it was a dinner at their house I'd say bring a small gift.

accept. it means they want to get to know you more and get closer. this is a big thing in my opinion for a relationship. and its been 7 months, accept it.

Accept, you want to be very friendly with his parents.

You should. They are inviting you to go because you are with their son.

You should accept, I mean if his parents invited you, then obviously the must feel that you are part of their family as well

If they invited you to come with them to celebrate his birthday, it's obvious that they would like to get to know you better. It would be rude to decline without a legit reason.
