Sometimes, the other person might just be shy or uncomfortable talking to you. So you have to take the bull by the horns and make it happen. Just because they don't talk to you first, doesn't mean that they don't like you. There's a thin line between taking the initiative and being a pushy pain in the ass. It's something you just have to see the other person's reaction to tell how they are taking it. Obviously, if you're texting and calling every ten minutes, and the person keeps saying, leave me alone bitch, then it's not going well. Just hang in there girl, and don't give up.
