Hazel nut and vanilla are different. yea it's obvious when you taste it. but be honest: how often do you smell every bit of food or drink before you eat/ drink it? and plus: bring this case to court and you'd win. the judge isn't gonna snidely say "you should have smelled your drink" because the service is the one who messed up, not you. believe me i've heard of so many ridiculous cases where someone sued a company for the stupidest thing and ended up winning. i am against that but i'm just making the point that the suer (sp?) would most likely win, especially when dealing with medical cases. and this situation actually has to do with someone's life
