The rest of the community finds your spam disruptive, you are making too many topics.  How forums work is you make a topic, discuss in it for a while, and it eventually dies.  You are using fresh topics like a topic, and replying in it.  It's obnoxious.

So your informal warning means you may make one topic, then once it falls out of fresh topics, you may make another one.  This curbs the disruptive spam for the community.

I would assume it isn't fair.

I figured that was more prudent and less action on you than formally warning you and going to bed.

Okay, we'll change it to 2.  You may make two topics at a time that are in fresh topics.  Once one falls out, you may make two.

After an hour, we'll change it to 3.  Sound fair?
