If you wipe yourself too hard the anus may rip open a bit leaving it sore and bleeding which will show when you look at the toilet paper.  Sometimes when you push too hard, your anus may also rip open a bit too.  I mean, it happens to a lot of people.  They're just too shy to admit it.
