Our Czar of science John Holdren does.

it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society." ... "If some individuals contribute to general social deterioration by overproducing children, and if the need is compelling, they can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility" John Holdren in Ecoscience 1977 (pp. 837-838)

Disgusting. I'm on the fence on whether to allow abortion (politically) but forced abortion? Hell no.

Hitler was more creative, he called his victims "useless eaters".

No. Absolutely not. A woman's reproductive rights should never be taken away like that.

If the population gets too out of control, yes.

I'd also like to see a policy put in place forcing sterilization after you've produced one child to stop people from having any more.

Margaret Sanger had a signed letter from Hitler praising her early work in Eugenics.
