Hopefully the answers there by myself and nssdweb should help. Uninstalling MSN, then downloading and scanning with Spybot should work. Then a virus scan from an anti virus program like Nortan, Mcafe, AVG, Panda to check everythings alright. If you just uninstall then reinstall without getting rid of the virus using spybot or another program you will still have the virus when you reinstall msn.
