Everytime I go to www.google.com or www.yahoo.com I get this. But if I go to www.yahoo.com.au it works fine, but www.google.com.au is still no good. Anybody got any clues?

That's odd. What's with that cPanel? Try clearing up your cache or cookies. And then refresh your browser. Heck, I don't know anything about this actually. lol I hope somebody gives a better suggestion.

Are you using a proxy? If not, it may be because you are in Australia.

Hooray, I found out how to get rid of it. http://www.cpanel.net/qhosts.html Go there and click on one of the links if you ever get this. Tells you everything you need to know.
