I had some a while back, and it 'quarenteened' (sp?) it everytime but it would get back onto my system everyday. Turned out it installed a program to bring it back and you have to uninstall it though the Control panel. And the uninstallation process is a pain because they word the questions weird to try to make you pick the wrong answer and not uninstall it. So I suggest you look through your control panel for any weird looking programs and delete them.
