He gets up to go tell the guy next door to turn down his music that is barely audible and muffled yet he leaves the window open and loud noises from people talking outside to fricken 18 wheelers comes right into the room. He also puts hard plastic plates that are SUPPOSE to be returned for washing from the cafeteria into the recycling bins. WTF. I didn't think people were that stupid.
