Halo-Halo is a traditional Filipino treat consisting of a blend of fruits, sweet preserves, evaporated milk, and shaved ice (some varieties add a lot of other ingredients). It is frequently topped with a scoop of ice cream. The name literally means "Mix-Mix".

The purple top is ube (purple yam)-flavored ice cream.
