Nearly a decade ago, a man's fantasy became reality in a form never seen before -   Kitchen Stadium, a giant cooking arena... Wait. Okaaayy, so we don't have a kitchen stadium. There is no timing besides before the contest deadline, the dish doesn't have to be "original".   I don't even have an outfit (or a pepper) like Chairman Kaga :( even though I can yell "ALLEZ! CUISINEZ!" really loudly.     But there is a theme ingredient! You do get extra points for creativity, originality and skill.   So, theme ingredient? LEMON and/or LIME You are required to use lemon or lime in your dish.   It can be however you like - as a seasoning, as a feature, as long as you use the flavours. All kinds of dishes welcome. Rules Yes, this is a cooking contest, and you are required to use a specific ingredient.   We require a photograph, description of and recipe of your entry. You will be judged on creative use of an ingredient, skill, originality and presentation.   Pictures must include your username or your entry won't be counted. :( We were lenient on this last time, I'm putting my foot down now. No more than 3 dishes/entries per member will be judged at contest's end. I made fiesta lime chicken, tabouli, and lime shaker pie (instead of lemon shaker pie.) i wish i  had the pics still. I thought i made a lw topic but cant find it.
