As for me, I am strongly considering adopting Buddhism as a religion and forming a electic individual spiritual path. I was an athiest for a time, then an agnostic, and finally I am a believer. In what, I have absolutely no idea. I am considering following Buddhism because it appeals greatly to me, and it's premise (the world is fundamentally based on suffering) appeals to me greatly. Once I realized I was a polytheist, I was fine for a while, just sort of hovering, but then I felt a gap. I wanted to be part of a religion, I needed that structure. After about a year or so of looking into different religions and studying Asatru specifically, I decided to accept it as my religion.
