My only suggestion would be to get rid of some of the space between the bottom header and the rest of the page. Otherwise it looks like a great design.

thsi is actually a very very clear and effective weblayout,, goo duse of space, clear font, good navigation bar, simple yet effective, congrats ;)

if he has alot of text going in there and i think he may plan on it then its gonna stretch and use up that space
